  "text": "In Section B and Group 2 of Section C of the following table the negative limits of variation specified individually for N, P2O5 and K2O are those permitted for each nutrient taken separately and the limits of variation for the total nutrient content of a fertiliser shall be the sum of the negative deviations from the declared content.",
