# The Fertilisers Regulations 1991, Paragraph 5

Extent: E+W+S

Each of the markings referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be shown:—
(a) clearly and legibly;
(b) in English;
(c) in a conspicuous position; and
(d) indelibly in writing, printing or stencilling.
