  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fertilisers (Sampling and Analysis) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 21st January 1992.\n(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Fertilisers (Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1991.",
