  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Fertilisers (Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”). Regulation 4 amend Part I of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations by adding a number of methods of analysis concerning the trace elements boron, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc, where the declared content is less than or equal to 10%. Regulation 3 makes a minor drafting amendment.\nThese Regulations implement Commission Directive 93/1/EEC (OJ No. L113, 7.5.93, p. 17), which amends Commission Directive 77/535/EEC (OJ No. L213, 22.8.77, p. 1) on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to methods of sampling and analysis of fertilisers.",
