Regulation 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Fertilisers (Sampling and Analysis) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 17th February 1994.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Fertilisers (Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1991f1.
