After regulation 8 insert—

If an application falls to be determined by the Secretary of State in accordance with Schedule 1 to the Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the Films (Definition of “British Film”) Order 2006 these Regulations shall apply to the application as if the Film (Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 had not been made.”.
