  "long_title": "This Order provides that films made in accordance with agreements made between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Governments of the countries listed in the Schedule to the Order are to be entitled to the full enjoyment of all the benefits which are or may be accorded in Great Britain to national films. Thus such films are to be treated as British films for the purposes of eligibility for certification as films on which expenditure on production or acquisition shall be regarded as expenditure of a revenue nature. The agreements with France, Italy, the Federal Republic of Germany, Canada and Norway are published as Cmnd. 2781, 3434, 5972, 6274 and 8860 respectively. The agreements relate to films which may be made by a British producer in co-operation with a producer from one of the respective countries in accordance with the terms of an approval given by the competent authorities designated by the respective Governments.",
