  "text": "A film with respect to which the requirements of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985 as to the eligibility of a film for certification as a British film are not fulfilled shall be treated as a film with respect to which those requirements are fulfilled if the film was made in accordance with the respective agreements made between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Governments of the countries set out in the Schedule to this Order.",
