In section 285 subsections (1) to (5) and in subsection (6) the words from “This” to “section” in the third place where it occurs.
In Schedule 14, paragraph 12.
1974 c. 30.
The Finance Act 1974.
Section 35.
In section 41(6)(b) the words “for the purposes of that section”.
These repeals have effect for accounting periods ending after 26th March 1980.
