# Finance Act 1986, Paragraph 3


(1) In paragraph 2 (conditions for acceptance of an election) in sub-paragraph (1) after the words “and (3)” there shall be inserted “and paragraph 2A”.
(2) In sub-paragraph (2) of that paragraph, after the words “such that” there shall be inserted “subject to paragraphs 2A and 3A below”.
