  "text": "These repeals—\n(a) so far as they relate to general betting duty or pool betting duty, come into force on the betting commencement date (as defined in section 6 of this Act), but do not affect duty in respect of bets made before that date; and\n(b) so far as they relate to bingo duty, come into force on the bingo commencement date (as so defined).",
