# Finance Act 1987, Paragraph 12


(1) In section 168 of the 1984 Act (unquoted shares and securities) in subsection (1) before the word “securities” where it first occurs, there shall be inserted “ unquoted ”.
(2) Subsection (2) of that section shall be omitted.
