# Finance Act 1991, Paragraph 1


The repeals in section 4 of each of the Vehicles (Excise) Act 1971 ( “the 1971 Act) and the Vehicles (Excise) Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 ( “the 1972 Act) are deemed to have come into force on 20th March 1991.
