  "text": "In section 1 of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979, in subsection (3) (definition of beer)—\n(a) for the words “on analysis of a sample is found to be” there shall be substituted the word “is ”; and\n(b) paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it shall cease to have effect.",
