  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 1st January 1995 certain provisions of section 4 of the Finance Act 1993 (c. 34). These provisions relate to the removal of specific reference to the Isle of Man in the provisions for drawback made in section 42 of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 (c. 4).",
