  "text": "In section 43 of the Finance Act 1989 (Schedule D: computation), subsections (6) and (7) (which extend certain time limits for persons permitted by the Council of Lloyd’s to act as underwriting agents at Lloyd’s) shall cease to have effect in relation to periods of account ending on or after 30th June 1993.",
