  "text": "(1) Paragraph 15 (modification of Schedule 19AB) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this paragraph.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1) (which relates to paragraph 1(8) of Schedule 19AB) shall cease to have effect.\n(3) At the end there shall be added—\n(3) In paragraph 3(1C) of Schedule 19AB, for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—\n“(a) section 11(3),”.",
