  "text": "(1) Electrically propelled vehicles\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1994 c. 22.\nThe Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.\nIn Schedule 1, paragraph 4F(2).\nThis repeal has effect in accordance with section 15(4) of this Act.\n(2) Vehicles capable of conveying loads\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1994 c. 22.\nThe Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.\nIn Schedule 1—\n(a) in paragraph 9(2), the word “and” immediately preceding paragraph (b);\n(b) in paragraph 11(2), the word “and” immediately preceding paragraph (b);\n(c) paragraph 15; and\n(d) in paragraph 16(1), paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it.\nThese repeals have effect in accordance with section 17 of this Act.\n(3) Old vehicles\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1994 c. 22.\nThe Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.\nIn Schedule 1, paragraphs 1(3) to (5) and 2(2).\n1995 c. 4.\nThe Finance Act 1995.\nIn Schedule 4, paragraph 6(2).\nThese repeals have effect in accordance with section 18(5) of this Act.\n(4) Exemptions for vehicle testing\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1994 c. 22.\nThe Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.\nIn paragraph 22 of Schedule 2—\n(a) in each of paragraphs (b) and (d) of sub-paragraph (5), the word “goods”;\n(b) sub-paragraph (5)(c);\n(c) the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (7)(b); and\n(d) in sub-paragraph (10)(a), the words “(or, in Northern Ireland, a vehicle test certificate)”.\nThese repeals have effect in accordance with section 20 of this Act.\n(5) Provisions relating to Northern Ireland\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1994 c. 22.\nThe Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.\nIn paragraph 17 of Schedule 3, in sub-paragraph (1), “29(2),” and “34(6),” and sub-paragraph (2).\n(6) Licensing and registration\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1994 c. 22.\nThe Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.\nIn section 22—\n(a) in subsection (1), the word “and” immediately preceding paragraph (h); and\n(b) in subsection (1B), the word “above”.\nIn section 57(1), the words “(other than sections 7(2) and (3), 8, 26, 27, 52 and 54)”.",
