  "text": "(1)\nHydrocarbon oil duties\nThis repeal has effect in accordance with section 4 of this Act.\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1979 c. 5.\nThe Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979.\nIn section 15(1), the word “exportation,”.\n(2)\nDrawback of duty on shipment of goods as stores etc.\nSubsection (4) of section 11 of this Act shall apply in relation to this repeal as it applies in relation to subsection (3) of that section.\nChapter\nShort title\nExtent of repeal\n1979 c. 2.\nThe Customs and Excise Management Act 1979.\nSection 132.",
