  "text": "(1) For the Table in section 11(2) of the Finance Act 1997 (rates of gaming duty) there shall be substituted—\nTable\nPart of gross gaming yieldRate\nThe first £462,5002½ per cent.\nThe next £1,027,50012½ per cent.\nThe next £1,027,50020 per cent.\nThe next £1,798,50030 per cent.\nThe remainder40 per cent.\n(2) This section has effect in relation to accounting periods beginning on or after 1st April 1999.",
