# The Finance Act 2000, Schedule 6 Part V, (Appointed Day) Order 2000, Article 3


The date appointed as the day on which paragraphs 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58 and 61 of Part V of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000 come into force is 29 January 2001.
