Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 2 January 2001 the provisions of primary law that empower Customs and Excise to make regulations about the registration process for climate change levyf1 (CCL).
The primary law applying to CCL registration is brought into force by the Order on 29 January 2001f2.
