# Finance Act 2000, Paragraph 9


After section 24 insert—
“ Unlicensed machines: duty chargeable.
24A Schedule 4A to this Act (which provides for the recovery of amusement machine licence duty in relation to unlawfully unlicensed machines) shall have effect.”.
