  "heading": "Climate change levy.",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 6 to this Act (which makes provision for a new tax that is to be known as climate change levy) shall have effect.\n(2) Schedule 7 to this Act (climate change levy: consequential amendments) shall have effect.\n(3) Part V of Schedule 6 to this Act (registration for the purposes of climate change levy) shall not come into force until such date as the Treasury may appoint by order made by statutory instrument; and different days may be appointed under this subsection for different purposes.",
