  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints 25th July 2002 under section 5(6)(a) of the Finance Act 2002 (“the Finance Act”).\nSection 5 of the Finance Act makes provision in respect of two new duties of excise to be charged on biodiesel and bioblend under the provisions of the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 (c. 5). This Order determines the date from which the charges to duty under the new provisions apply.",
