# Finance Act 2002, Paragraph 6


In section 9(3) (bets to which section does not apply)—
(a) in paragraph (a), omit “or coupon betting",
(b) for sub-paragraphs (i) to (iv) of paragraph (a) substitute—
“(i) the bet is not made by means of a totalisator, and
(ii) the promoter is in the Isle of Man; or”,
and
(c) in paragraph (aa)(i), omit “or coupon betting".
