  "text": "(1) Air passenger duty: extension of area to which EEA rates apply\nThis repeal has effect in accordance with section 121 of this Act.\nShort title and chapter\nExtent of repeal\nFinance Act 1994 (c. 9)\nIn section 30(2), the word “or\" preceding paragraph (b).\n(2) Climate change levy\nThis repeal has effect in accordance with section 125(2) of this Act.\nShort title and chapter\nExtent of repeal\nFinance Act 2000 (c. 17)\nIn Schedule 6, in paragraph 20(7), paragraph (c) and the preceding word “and\".\n(3) Aggregates levy\nShort title and chapter\nExtent of repeal\nFinance Act 2001 (c. 9)\nIn section 17—\n(a) subsection (3)(a);\n(b) in subsection (4), paragraph (b) and the words in paragraph (d) from “otherwise\" to the end.\nSection 18(3)(d) and (h).\nIn section 20(1)—\n(a) the words “and is not rock\" in paragraphs (a) and (b);\n(b) paragraph (c).\nSection 21(2)(b).\nSection 24(6)(b) and (8)(a).\nSection 37(7)(g) to (j).\nIn Schedule 6, in paragraph 7(1), paragraph (b) and the words from “equal to the amount\" to the end.\nIn Schedule 8, in paragraph 11(2), paragraphs (f), (g) and (h).\nThe repeals in Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2001 shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st May 2002.\nThe other repeals shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st April 2002.",
