  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings the provision mentioned in article 2 into effect for the financial year ending with 31st March 2004. By virtue of section 212(5) of the Finance Act 2003 (2003 c. 14) the provision shall continue to have effect for subsequent financial years.",
