# Finance Act 2003, Paragraph 14


(1) In section 701(2)(b) (“asset” not to include vouchers or credit-tokens), omit “subject to section 700(6),”.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) has effect on and after the day appointed under paragraph 3(2).
