  "text": "(1) For section 6A(2)(b) of the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 (fuel substitutes: additives and extenders) substitute—\n“(b) as an additive or extender in any substance so used.”\n(2) This section shall have effect in relation to anything done on or after the date on which this Act is passed.",
