The Treasury makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(9) of the Finance Act 2007.

## 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2007 section 46 (Commencement) Order 2008.

## 2 Commencement of section 46 of the Finance Act 2007

Section 46 (1) to (3) and (5) to (7) of the Finance Act 2007 comes into force on 6th April 2008.
