# Finance Act 2007, Paragraph 19


(1) Paragraph 15 (relevant benefit accrual) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (2), after “arrangement” (in both places) insert “ which are transferred ”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (7), for “15 and 16” substitute “ 16 and 17 ”.
