In consequence of paragraphs 1 and 2, omit—
(a) paragraph 2(2A) of Schedule 11 to FA 1996,
(b) paragraph 3 of Schedule 33 to FA 2003,
(c) paragraph 8 of Schedule 11 to FA 2006, and
(d) paragraph 1 of Schedule 10 to FA 2007.
