# Finance Act 2008, Paragraph 3


(1) In Schedule 29A to FA 2004 (taxable property etc), omit paragraph 2(1)(b) and the “or” before it.
(2) The amendment made by sub-paragraph (1) is treated as having come into force on 6 April 2006.
