# Finance Act 2008, Paragraph 16


(1) Section 20AAA (mixing of rebated oil) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsections (3) and (5).
(3) In subsection (9), for “, (2)(a) or (3)” substitute “ or (2)(a) ”.
