In consequence of the amendments of HODA 1979, omit—
(a) section 1(2) of FA 1987,
(b) section 5(5) of FA 1996,
(c) in FA 1997—
(i) section 7(7), and
(ii) in Schedule 6, paragraph 6(5),
(d) in FA 2002—
(i) section 5(3), and
(ii) in Schedule 2, paragraph 4, and
(e) in FA 2004—
(i) section 7(3), and
(ii) section 10(2).
