Article 2 Consequential amendments

 The Schedule to this Order contains amendments and repeals of enactments in consequence of, or otherwise in connection with, Schedule 36 to the Finance Act 2008^f1 (information and inspection powers) and Schedule 47 to the Finance Act 2009 (amendment of information and inspection powers).
