# Finance Act 2009, Paragraph 10


(1) The Treasury may by order amend this Part of this Schedule by adding, modifying or omitting relevant conditions.
(2) An order under this paragraph—
(a) may make different provision for different cases, and
(b) may make incidental or consequential amendments of this Schedule.
