# Finance Act 2009, Paragraph 20


(1) Paragraph 49 (enforcement) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (1), for “or 40” substitute “ , 40 or 40A ”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (2), for “or 40” substitute “ , 40 or 40A ”.
(4) Accordingly, in the heading, omit “standard penalty or daily default”.
