  "text": "(1) The following provisions of this Schedule come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—\n(a) Part 2,\n(b) Part 1 so far as relating to that Part, and\n(c) paragraphs 24, 25, 27 and 28.\n(2) The following provisions of this Schedule have effect where the effective date of the first transaction (within the meaning given by paragraph 5(2)) is on or after the day on which this Act is passed—\n(a) Part 3,\n(b) Part 1 so far as relating to that Part, and\n(c) paragraph 26.",
