# Finance Act 2009, Paragraph 3


(1) Section 1143 (overview of Part) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), after “contamination” insert “ or dereliction ”.
(3) In subsection (7), after “contaminated” insert “ or derelict ”.
