Article 20 Paragraph 26 of Schedule 6 (amendment of FA 2009)

The repeal of the definition of “charity” in paragraph 8 of Schedule 49 to FA 2009^f1 (general interpretation) made by paragraph 26 of Schedule 6 comes into force on 1st April 2012.
