# Finance Act 2011, Paragraph 103


The amendments made by paragraphs 33 to 39, 41, 42(2)(b) and (c), (4) and (5), 65, 67, 68, 75(a), 76, 77(5), 79(4) and 82(6) have effect in relation to deaths occurring on or after 6 April 2011.
