  "text": "(1) Financial services compensation scheme liabilities are excluded.\n(2) “ Financial services compensation scheme liabilities ” means liabilities representing—\n(a) levies payable by virtue of section 213(3)(b) of FISMA 2000, or\n(b) levies payable for purposes comparable with those mentioned in section 213(3)(b) of that Act in relation to a scheme which—\n(i) operates outside the United Kingdom, and\n(ii) is comparable to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme under section 213 of that Act.",
