# Finance Act 2011, Paragraph 23


Each of the following is a relevant data-holder—
(a) the holder of a licence granted under Part 1 of the Petroleum Act 1998, and
(b) the responsible person in relation to an oil field (within the meaning of Part 1 of OTA 1975).
