  "text": "The amendments made by paragraphs 2(6) and 6 do not prevent the making of provision under section 270A(11)(a) or 318D(1) of ITEPA 2003 in relation to sections 270A(6) and 318A(6) of that Act as, by virtue of paragraph 8, they continue to have effect otherwise than as amended by this Schedule.",
