# Finance Act 2012, Paragraph 136


In section A1(2) (overview of the Corporation Tax Acts)—
(a) omit paragraph (a), and
(b) omit the “and” before paragraph (j) and after that paragraph insert—
“(k) Part 2 of FA 2012 (insurance companies carrying on long-term business),”.
