# Finance Act 2012, Section 140: Abbreviations


(1) In this Part—
“FISMA 2000” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and
“FISMA (Regulated Activities) Order 2001” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001.
