# Finance Act 2013, Paragraph 23


In section 80(1) and (3) of the Serious Crime Act 2007 (amendment of sections 352(5) and 353(10) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002), omit paragraph (a) and the word “and” at the end of that paragraph.
