# Finance Act 2014, Paragraph 42


(1) Paragraph 1 (introduction to Part 1) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (1) for “an approved” substitute “ a Schedule 2 ”.
(3) In sub-paragraphs (2) and (3) omit “approved”.
